My home required repair and decorating work on four gables and approximately 20 windows, plus some additional minor works including some repointing of brickwork.
I hadn't dealt with Richard previously, so we agreed to split the work into several self-contained packages, to allow me to build confidence in stages as the job progressed. Richard was flexible in discussing how the work should be partitioned, and was very keen to have a written definition of the scope for each work package, so that there would be no misunderstanding of what was covered by each part.
Richard quickly demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise in his work. It was clear from the way he behaved and the results he achieved that he has extensive experience in many aspects of the building trade.
